So as I forgot to tell you, I went to Varadero and Havana, Cuba last week! But prior to going there, The Big Dog had three big Midterm exams and a few assignments to finish before leaving "La Belle Province" for Fidel Castro's home country. Needless to say that after the two first exams, I was already fed up with studying and only felt like partying, drinking and sleeping. On the tuesday night before I left, I went to Cabaret Mado (Montreal's most famous Drag Queen Cabaret) with Gabuschka and Nadem.
It was actually Valentine's Day and since both of them are in a semi-relationship and I am not, we felt like pairing up and spending the night together. I also need to mention that we were scheduled to work together on the same evening. We didn't make big bucks that night at job but we all didn't care and just felt like partying.
As soon as we punched out, we left the South shore for the island of Montreal where we'd make our way into the gay village. I had heard a few weeks before that RuPaul wanted to make an amateur competition showcasing the best drag talents across both the States and Canada in order to select the next candidates for his show (RuPaul's Drag Race). Trust me, there's a lot of talent and potential in Montreal, we should at least have one finalist out there.
I was a bit disappointed to realize that neither RuPaul nor Lady Bunny was there to guest-judge! Sad was I to learn that Lady Bunny was gonna be part of the show the next week (when I'd be in Cuba)! But the show was still really funny, rigged with cracked jokes, laughs and sex appeal! Gabuschka, Nadem and I got incredibly wasted and I couldn't even drive back home afterward! I met the cutest blond twink ever but didn't there to talk to him as The Big Dog may be big, he's shy too goddamnit! I also couldn't help but notice Pierre Fitch's presence at the cabaret. For those of you who don't know him, he's probably the most famous gay porn star in Canada. He's based in Montreal and has his own production company for his porn movies lol.
I do have to acknowledge the fact that he's cute and sexy but gosh is he short!!! He's 5'6 which means The Big Dog stands at least one head or two above him. Anyways, that was a hell of a night with us meeting and frolicking with a girl called Nadine who was an undespicable lesbian with a trashy accent and attitude (she was from Saguenay Lac Saint-Jean)!
